Creepy & Fun Halloween Food Round-Up
Today I wanted to share a food round-up with you ready for your Halloween party! I LOVE Halloween and making delicious food for the family, so here are some inspiring posts from other bloggers, and a few ideas thrown in from me also!
Creepy & Fun Halloween Food Round-Up
I absolutely love planning and making food for Halloween. I enjoy making things in theme with the horror fulled events of All Hallow’s Eve. Here are some ideas I repeat year in, year out…
Jelly Syringes
I love making jelly syringes. You can pick up big syringes online, wash them out and make a red, green or purple jelly and fill the syringes. I always go for red like blood, but you can choose any colour you fancy. Set them in the fridge and hand them out to your guests on arrival!
Hotdog Mummies
These are so much fun to make. Simply take your canned hotdogs and dry them out on kitchen towel. Then get some puff pastry and slice into into thin strips. Wrap this around each hotdog creating a mummy effect and pop them in the oven. Once cooked serve with bloody ketchup!

Dirt Worms
Use chocolate pud and crumbled chocolate cake to create a dirt vibe and add jelly worms to the top for a creepy bug effect.
Cookie Dough Pumpkin
This year I’m testing out a cookie dough recipe in a pumpkin shaped mould. You could also make some pumpkin spice cookies, they are truly delicious.
Caramel/Chocolate Apples
Dipping apples into caramel or chocolate creates a tasty treat for any creepy Halloween party!
Halloween Doughnuts
Check out these cute Spooky Halloween Doughtnuts from Kiddy Charts.
Pepper Brain Monsters
More veggies with Pepper Brain Monsters from Blue Bear Wood!
Ghost Pizza
I’ll take pizza any day of the week, nom nom! Check out these Ghost Pizza from In the Playroom.
Mummy Brownies
These Mummy Brownies from Kiddy Charts look delicious!
Zombie Fingers
Zombie Fingers from ET Speaks From Home are the perfect tasty treat for Halloween!

Also check out this post about the history and uses of pumpkin spice, I found it fascinating! Pumpkin spice is my favourite flavour too.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this little round up of Halloween food. Please let me know in the comments if you have any other suggestions, it’s a great way to make Halloween even creepier!
